Life Purpose Discovery **Discover who you are, what naturally wants to express through you, and the kind of life that allows you to thrive.** Many people reach a point where they know that something in their life needs to change, but they are unsure what that change should look like. You may feel unfulfilled in your work, disconnected from what excites you, pulled in several different directions, or simply wonder, **“What am I really meant to be doing?”** My Life Purpose work is designed to help you explore that question at a much deeper level. Rather than simply suggesting careers or producing a list of things you might be good at, we explore your unique **Life Purpose Architecture** — the combination of qualities, strengths, gifts, interests, natural functions and conditions that help you feel most like yourself. We may explore: * Your natural qualities, strengths and gifts * What you are naturally drawn towards * The roles and functions that suit you — such as teaching, healing, creating, leading, guiding, communicating, building or transforming * What gives you energy and makes you feel alive * The conditions you need in order to flourish * What nourishes your particular nature * Possible careers, businesses, projects or ways of contributing * What may currently be getting in the way of expressing more of who you are One of the important principles behind this work is: **Sometimes your purpose is not missing. It is crowded out.** Responsibilities, expectations, fear, the need for security, perfectionism, putting others first or simply living according to what life has required of you can gradually leave less room for the parts of you that want to create, explore, teach, lead, contribute or express themselves. The aim is therefore not to give you a fixed label or tell you what you “should” do. It is to help you develop a clearer picture of **who you naturally are, what wants to come through you, what kind of environment allows that person to flourish, and how you might begin expressing more of that in your real life.** Your purpose does not necessarily have to mean changing your career. It may emerge through your work, relationships, creativity, business, community, personal development, service to others or a completely new chapter of life. The goal is greater **clarity, alignment and authorship** — so that the life you build increasingly reflects the person you actually are.
